Emerald Queen Casino and Hotel (EQC) has appointed Theresa Minarik as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), marking a significant addition to its leadership team. Minarik brings a wealth of experience from leading marketing efforts at major companies such as UPS, LEGO, and Boeing, as well as her prior roles as Director of Marketing at The Point Casino and Hotel and Little Creek Casino Resort.
As CMO, Minarik will be responsible for overseeing EQC’s marketing strategy, focusing on loyalty and brand growth, guest experience, and strategic marketing across digital and traditional platforms. Her expertise will also help elevate EQC’s brand recognition and storytelling efforts through social and paid media, as well as marketing technology.
